As the County Recorder, my primary responsibility is maintaining a comprehensive, precise, and permanent record of all documents related to the transfer and encumbrance of real estate within the county. As your Montgomery County Recorder, I am committed to providing trusted, dependable, and efficient services while protecting your investment.

Since taking office, I have taken significant steps to enhance the security of your property transactions. I expanded the ability to record more documents electronically, implemented robust safeguards to combat deed fraud, mobilized the Veteran ID program, and streamlined a process for property owners to avoid probate court.

As a public servant, I am committed not only to connecting with the community but connecting the community with the resources available to them. Through community outreach and education, I would like to strengthen the relationship between citizens and those who serve them.
