As your Montgomery County Recorder, I am committed to providing trusted, dependable, and efficient services while protecting your investment.

Since taking office, I have taken significant steps to enhance the security of your property transactions. I expanded the ability to record more documents electronically, implemented robust safeguards to combat deed fraud, mobilized the Veteran ID program, and streamlined a process for property owners to avoid probate court.
